It’s that time of year again, holiday, cookie eating time that is! Also the time for glitzy grand looks and  instead of a classic red lip and gold glittery eye I wanted to create a Winter Wonderland-esque look that is great for Christmas, Hanukkah (I mean blue and white eyeliner screams 8 crazy nights) or New Year’s.
